WILLIAM EDGE SALON AND SPA GROUP EXPANDS TO NASHVILLE AND ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH MONROE CARELL JR. CHILDRENS HOSPITAL AT VANDERBILT
Nashville, TN November 04, 2011 – William Edge, owner of Aveda Lifestyle salons and spas in Texas, today announced his acquisition of Natural Oasis, a Nashville based salon and spa group with three locations in Nashville, Springhill and Hendersonville. ‘We are excited to bring the William Edge brand to Nashville, being from the Austin, TX area and having locations in Dallas/Ft. Worth, Nashville feels like a natural fit for our brand” says William Edge. Also announced today, William Edge Nashville will align with the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital at Vanderbilt to provide services to patients and to the mothers of children receiving treatment at the hospital along with a plan to for on-going fundraising on behalf of the hospital. ‘We are a mission driven organization’ says Edge, ‘our mantra ‘Beauty Matters’ extends not only to the in salon/spa experience and our technical craft, but also to the ways that we reach out to our communities and those in need.” The William Edge Nashville pledge that “Every Service Serves a Child”signifies that for each service performed by the three Nashville locations, a portion of proceeds will be donated to support the Monroe Carell Jr. Children’s Hospital.
Originally opened in 2003, Natural Oasis has been featured in numerous local publications including recently receiving “Best of Nashville 2010” in Nashville Scene. The salon and spa have been graced with celebrity clients including Taylor Swift, Kelly Clarkson, Julianne Hough, Pat Benetar and others.
